We will not be bringing our 'Tropical' liqueurs for this market. If you would like any Coconut, Melon, Go Troppo, Strawberry, Blue Lagoon, Lemon and Lime or Splice Liqueurs please call us or email us with your order.

We will be bringing our fabulous liqueurs such as Queensland Delight, Knights Delight, Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate, Whiskello, Musk, Jelly Bean, Butterscotch, Maidens Dream, Ginger, Lazey Knight, Amore, Lavender and our Dragons Range and other liqueurs that are sure to warm the cockles of your heart this winter.

Just remember, if you want to make sure we bring your favourite, please ask us to bring it along!!

Our cheeky labelled Queensland Delight has a story to tell. The very popular Rum Coffee & Chocolate Liqueur was borne from the favourite flavours of one of our loyal customers.

A lady came to the Cellar Door one day, had a look around and asked us if we had a liqueur of her favourite flavours mixed together, Rum, Coffee and Chocolate. This particular customer had always wanted to have a liqueur with those flavours and had been trying to buy one for a very long time. She had even tried to mix the liqueur using other products and it had not tasted very good at all.

So Cedric, along with this wonderful customer stood at the bar mixing and mixing Castle Glen Liqueurs until they got the blend just right. Finally, Rum Coffee & Chocolate Liqueur was born.

Cedric went straight into production of this new Liqueur and basically hasn't stopped since. This new Liqueur became so popular that here at Castle Glen at times it has become hard to keep up with the demand. Many people who say they really don't like rum love our Rum Coffee & Chocolate Liqueur. And rum lovers, they just love it!

We decided recently that Rum Coffee & Chocolate needed a name. A special name all of its own, a name that we could all remember. So we called it Queensland Delight. We even trademarked it too!

The new label with the girlie on the front, that one was all Cedric inspired, much to the delight of many. Its all just a bit of fun.

The vineyard has gone to sleep, but we haven't. We have been madly bottling our latest range of wines for 2009. Once again our vineyard has produced high quality, chemical free, preservative free wines. Beautiful in appearance and to the palette, our wonderful wines can be enjoyed by all. Without the effects of Sulphur Dioxide, many of our wonderful customers find they can drink as much of our wine as they like without headaches, hangovers or any of the other nasty side affects.

Our new range of Red Wine, White Wines for 2009:

2009 Late Picked Semillon/Chardonnay
A new sweet, sticky white wine from our Chardonnay vines (what was left of them this year - thanks to the hail in November!) blended with 2009 Castle Glen Semillon grapes, fermented on skins to create a rich, wonderful, sweeter white wine.

2009 Pink Semillon - Late Picked Semillon and Late Picked Cabernet Sauvignon Blend Our new version of 'Pink' wine for 2009. This wonderful blend will no doubt be as popular as last years 2008 Pink Chardonnay.

2006 Cabernet Sauvignon - American Oak Our Cabernet Sauvignon wines just keep getting better and better. A rich, red wine matured in American Oak barrels. A Cab Sav delight!

2006 Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz & Merlot - American Oak Another great blend of our beautiful red wines. A dry red wine by Castle Glen standards. All the grape varieties truly stand on their own to produce a beautiful, classic style rich red wine.

1999 Late Picked Merlot - American Oak - Sweet Oaked Wine Where else can you get a sweet, oaked, great tasting 10 year old Merlot? A rich red wine that is very easy to drink. Get in fast, stocks are limited.
