Queensland Delight Rum Balls Print E-mail

The best tasting Rum Balls around with a no-fuss and no-bake recipe.

Ingredients

1 packet Morning Coffee Biscuits, crushed
1 tin Condensed Milk
1 cup sultanas or chopped raisins - firmly packed
1/2 cup Queensland Delight Liqueur
2 heaped tablespoons cocoa
Desiccated Coconut, for rolling

Method

1. Stand sultanas in the Queensland Delight Liqueur overnight.
2. Mix all ingredients together well and refrigerate a couple of hours.
3. Roll teaspoonfuls in coconut.
4. Keep in refrigerator.
5. Eat and Enjoy!
