30ml Coconut Creme Liqueur
30ml Musk Stick Liqueur
30ml Go-Troppo Liqueur
60ml Pineapple Juice
Sliced Pineapple - or Fresh Pineapple to Garnish
Crushed or Shaved Ice

1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.

2. Strain into 2 Martini Glasses.

3. Garnish the rim of the glass with pineapple and maybe your favourite novelty items.

4. Drink and enjoy.

'Liqueur' - French, from Old French 'licour', a liquid
Quite often mis-spelled as 'Liquer'.

Castle Glen Liquers ... oops ... I mean Liqueurs.
