Castle Glen High Strength Liqueurs – All Natural Liqueurs
All Castle Glen Liqueurs are high quality, ‘World Class’ Liqueurs. All of our Liqueurs can stand beside Internationally renowned brands as equals, if not surpassing the quality in most cases. We have been told by many of our customers that our Liqueurs even taste better than the originals. Creating new, vibrant flavours and re-creating old favourites has been the aim of our Master Craftsman, our Liqueur Maker Cedric Millar.
We might have Liqueurs that taste like World Famous Brands. Liqueurs such as Chivalry, Yellow Strega, Black Knight, Aussie Comfort, Orange Liqueur, Orange Brandy, Honey Brandy and Royal Chocolate Mint, just to name a few. Other old favourites like Vodka, Red Vodka, Rum, Bourbon, Nutwood Liqueur, Gin, Mandarin, Peppermint and Absinthe are also very popular. Our fresh new flavour creations like Queensland Delight – Rum, Coffee & Chocolate, Musk Stick, Jelly Bean, Amore, Lavender, Rumbo – Rum Liqueur, Lazy Knight – Whiskey Flavour, Chocolate & Ginger, Royal Chocolate Jaffa have created their own fan base.
All of Castle Glen Liqueurs are non-distilled, using the process of fermentation and fortification to create our fabulous, smooth tasting Liqueurs. This allows us to use raw natural ingredients like real oranges, real mint, real coffee, real chocolate, real lavender and even real musk thistle. They are not a schnapps style liqueur that is Vodka with added flavour, they are the real deal. Using traditional English methods with a Castle Glen twist has helped us make very memorable, great tasting Liqueurs.

Gluten Free, Preservative Free Liqueurs
All of our Liqueurs are ‘All Natural’, Preservative Free with no nasty chemicals. We even go one better. All of our Liqueurs are gluten free and celiac friendly. They are not made with any kinds of grain. Yes, even Vodka now day is mostly made of grains. Finally, alcoholic drinks that can be enjoyed by folks intolerant to these ingredients. Yay!
We have worked very hard to make our products as natural as possible. We have also tried to accommodate allergies and intolerances. Castle Glen Liqueurs are like the drinks of old. Real natural ingredients, preservative free, gluten free, lactose free, egg free, fat free with no nasty chemicals added in any part of our production or manufacturing.
Will our Liqueurs last as long if they are preservative free? They don’t need preservatives. You can store Castle Glen Liqueurs for 15-20 years opened, on your bar without any problems. Even our Crème’ Liqueurs will last for up to 5 years opened on your bar. At Castle Glen we are clear that you don’t need all the added nasties to make a great product. We believe that the ingredients should sing their own beautiful song.
