Lemoncello or Limoncello as it is also known has been created using traditional recipes for a very long time. You no longer have to steep Lemon Zest in Vodka for many weeks to produce this fantastic liqueur. We have done all the hard work for you.
Castle Glen Liqueurs have created 3 Different Lemoncello Products for your enjoyment. We make our Lemoncello with Real Lemons from the local Stanthorpe area. We make the 3 following Liqueurs:
Lemoncello Liqueur
Lemoncello Sour Liqueur
Lemoncello Crème Liqueur
We have also produced our Lemoncello Creme Liqueur, a ‘World First’. It is produced with No Dairy, No Eggs and No Fat. Creamy Lemon Taste that even those with allergies can enjoy. This fantastic Crème Liqueur will last for up to 5 Years on the bar opened. It does not need refrigeration!
25ml Black Knight Liqueur– Black Sambuca Style
25ml Maidens Dream Liqueur – Baileys Irish Cream Style
Pour Black Knight into double shot glass. Pour Maidens Dream into the centre of the Black Knight very carefully. The layers should sit perfectly.
Liquorice fantasy!
Pisco Sour
No need for egg whites or messing around all you need is:
½ Lemoncello Creme Liqueur
½ Grappa Liqueur
Ice
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
*Please Note this recipe will only work with Castle Glen Grappa Liqueur. It is a very drinkable High Quality Liqueur.
